The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate office activities, such as meetings, events, and team projects.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in organizing and planning company events or conferences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide support to senior management and other team members as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
