Job Summary
:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide efficient administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to handle a variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.


Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate office activities, such as meetings, events, and team projects.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist in organizing and planning company events or conferences.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Provide support to senior management and other team members as required.

Qualifications
:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
