****NEW CONTRACT ROLE***CHICAGO BASED****
Title: Admin Asst
Duration: 5 weeks to possible 6 months
Client: Large Hospitality Company
Compensation: $30 / HR
Location: Hybrid onsite in Chicago
Must have: Knowledge of Oracle iExpense
Knowledge of MarkView
PURPOSE:
We are looking for a temporary administrative assistant to complete general office administration duties.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing a variety of administrative assistance in the form of, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, processing invoices, preparing expense reports, data entry, drafting announcements, and providing back up for counterparts. Will work closely with Executive Assistant.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple, and at times, competing projects
Position Responsibilities
This is a six-week engagement to assist with data entry into a Microsoft Sharepoint-based system. There is a possible opportunity for this to extend to a 6-month contract with more typical admin duties..
