Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware components of our computer systems and mobile devices. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of hardware systems and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and mobile device inventory and repairs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on hardware and mobile device-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest hardware and mobile device technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Hardware Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Apple iPhones and iPads required.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
· Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with Microsoft 365, Multi-factor Authentication or related software.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
Average Starting Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
