Vacuums carpets. Empties trash receptacles and trash bags for proper disposal. Locks doors after cleaning areas. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Maintain punctual scheduled employment arrival times. Maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor. Availability to work flexible hours over a period of two semesters (minimum). Strict adherence to departmental, University of New Mexico and related policies and procedures. Required to take all pertinent UNM annual safety tests/classes. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Ability to carry out detailed tasks. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Ability to understand verbal instructions. Strong customer service skills. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects. Ability to operate vacuums and other related equipment. Ability to work independently after training is complete.
