Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Director of Payer Agnostic/Client Management ensures strategic relationships with industry partners with a goal to grow volume of profitable Rx’s into CWSP and proactively gain new profitable payer business. The Account Management Relations director manages multiple relationships with external vendors and clients while developing, managing and communicating key performance indicators to drive account management program effectiveness and to optimize revenue and cost efficiencies. Additional responsibilities in this role include: Use your skills to make an impact Understand and drive pricing analysis collaboration with our pharmacy analytics team. This role will provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve account management performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis within clients. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive account management plans. Advise key Pharmacy stakeholders to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision. Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a related field. Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the health solutions industry. 3 or more years of account management team leadership experience. Prior experience leading a sales and account management team with strong consultative and relationship building skills. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Effective problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills. Microsoft Office proficiency —Word, Access, Excel and Power Point Presentations in a business setting; with experience delivering effective presentations to all levels of leadership. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience. 5+ years of pharmacy experience. Additional Information Travel up to 20% (5-7 trips a year) Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $150,000 - $206,300 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
