Description: Manage College of Engineering applications to the program. Collaborate with Department Heads, Associate Deans and Dean on admission strategy. Head the COE admission committee responsible for making decisions on First Year Freshmen, Transfer students, Readmit students, and Intercollege Transfer student applications. Develop and manage College of Engineering recruitment activities. Work with individual Departments and Admissions and Records recruitment initiatives to ensure COE has proper representation. Facilitate collaborations with campus units via liaison program. Participate on campus committees regarding undergraduate recruitment. Collaborate with Marketing in creating recruitment materials. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree A minimum of 5 years of experience in a college or university admissions office, with at least three years either at the assistant director, associate director, or director level required. Experience in developing and implementing admissions strategies. A knowledgeable foundation in understanding and engaging a diverse student body. Requires excellent oral, written, communication, presentation, and PC/computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint...) and other related software/databases are required. Preferred Qualification: Masters Degree preferred Knowledgeable about best practices and current trends through self-directed professional development. Experience working with CRM technologies, as well as analyzing and interpreting data related to recruitment. Applications will be accepted until Posting Closing Date December 30, 2024. The previously determined range for this position is $70,000- $80,000. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
