Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
to join our leadership team. The CRO will play a critical role in aligning marketing, sales, and revenue operations to achieve sustained growth and market leadership. This position is ideal for a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, leveraging analytics, and driving strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with company goals. Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, market opportunities, and customer segments. Own P&L responsibility for the revenue function, including sales, marketing, and customer acquisition costs. 2. Marketing Leadership
Oversee the marketing function to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. Design and implement marketing campaigns that focus on lead generation and conversion across digital and traditional channels. Leverage analytics to measure the ROI of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns in real-time. Enhance the company’s online presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement. 3. Sales Enablement
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, shorten sales cycles, and improve close rates. Implement CRM and other sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. 4. Data Analytics & Insights
Lead the development and utilization of advanced analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales teams. 5. Customer Experience
Develop and oversee strategies to enhance the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and increase lifetime customer value (LTV). Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints, from lead generation to post-purchase support. 6. Leadership & Collaboration
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across marketing, sales, and revenue operations. Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align business goals and strategies. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and results. Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience:
10+ years of leadership experience in revenue generation, marketing, or sales roles. Experience in the automotive or aftermarket industry is highly desirable. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a data-driven environment.
Expertise in marketing analytics, lead generation strategies, and customer conversion optimization. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
