As an ISV Partner Account Manager, you’ll develop and manage partnerships within your designated territory, focusing on building trusted relationships and driving mutual growth. You’ll work closely with partners to identify opportunities, create value, and drive success. This isn’t about quick wins—it’s about building partnerships that last. Your responsibilities include: Driving Results:
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution. Territory Planning:
Build and execute a plan to grow revenue with existing ISVs and develop new market opportunities. GTM Collaboration:
Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns with partners that deliver measurable impact. Relationship Management:
Strengthen partnerships by aligning their goals with Salesforce solutions and fostering trust at all levels. Value Selling:
Identify and articulate the ROI of Salesforce’s platform and IP to partner executives. What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates with 3–5 years of technology sales or business development experience who are passionate about creating value and building relationships. Basic qualifications:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment. Strong account planning, forecasting, and time management skills. Ability to collaborate with senior leadership teams to drive mutual success. Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions, including bundled applications and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications:
Passion for partner success and a customer-first mindset. Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Ability to design and execute business cases and joint value propositions. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Degree or equivalent confirmed experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.). Why Join Us?
