As Head of Audit Digital Transformation Analytics and Innovation your responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership:
Design and execute a digital transformation plan for the internal audit function. Collaborate with executive leadership to enable audit innovation initiatives with the corporate strategy and priorities. Act as a thought leader in digital audit practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Digital Transformation and Technology Integration:
Lead the integration of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud computing, into audit processes. Drive the modernization of legacy audit systems, enabling real-time risk monitoring and enhanced operational efficiency. Evaluate and implement third-party technology solutions to support advanced audit capabilities. Analytics and Innovation:
Develop advanced data analytics and predictive models to identify trends, mitigate risks, and enhance audit decision-making. Oversee the creation of dashboards and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights for auditors and stakeholders. Ensure alignment between analytics strategies and regulatory compliance requirements. Risk Management and Compliance:
Improve the effectiveness of the corporate audit function by embedding data-driven risk management and compliance tools. Identify potential risks related to digital transformation efforts and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards, ensuring all audit processes meet compliance requirements. Team Leadership and Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of analytics and technology specialists within the audit function. Foster cross-functional collaboration across audit, technology, and business units to maximize the impact of digital initiatives. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition and team culture. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
Regularly report on the progress, effectiveness, and impact of digital transformation initiatives to the board of directors, audit committee, and executive leadership. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in for audit innovation initiatives. Serve as an ambassador for the Corporate Audit brand with a continuous focus on building collaborative and value-added partnership across the company contributing to the highest standards and positively impacting the stature of the third line of defense. Qualifications and Skills include:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certification or graduate degree in a related field. 20+ years of experience in corporate audit, risk management, or technology, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role of a GSIB. Proven expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills with experience presenting to the highest level of executives and the board. Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with proven impactful results that are industry-leading. Salary Range:
$225,000 – $337,500 Annual
