Role Description:
First level helpdesk for assisting Analysts with Laptop hardware, OS, and software issues
Help maintain local office IT infrastructure
Imaging and provisioning laptops/workstations
Users Provision/Deprovision
Active Directory account creation
NTFS File share permissions/Group Permission
Must Haves:
Troubleshooting skills
Windows 10 and Office 365 expertise
Documentation
JR networking (dhcp, static ip, gateway, physically plug things in)
Nice To Have:
Cyber Security Knowledge
Server 2012-2019
Azure
One touch Provisioning, conditional access, MFA, RDS, Networking, VLANS, FIREWALLS, VPNs, PKI/Certificates, *NIX experience, Nutanix, Sonicwall, Meraki
General Requirements:

Communications Skills:
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials
