HR/Recruiter
IMKO is looking for a Human Resources and Recruiter. This position would require some travel around the Midwest in scope of candidates that would best fit with the company.
Job responsibilities
  1. Attending career fairs
  2. Posting new job postings on various job boards
  3. Interviewing and following up with candidates
  4. Working with managers to fill open positions with proper candidates
  5. Assisting new hires with the onboarding process
  6. Assisting with reviewing and enrolling in benefit plans
  7. Running and ensuring new hires are in compliance with screening and background checks
Qualifications
  1. 2 Years of HR experience preferred
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent
  3. Positive attitude and attention to detail
