HR Recruiter Job at IMKO in Sioux Falls

IMKO is looking for a Human Resources Recruiter. This position would require some travel around the Midwest in scope of candidates that would best fit with the company.

Job responsibilities

· Attending career fairs

· Posting new job postings on various job boards

· Interviewing and following up with candidates

· Working with managers to fill open positions with proper candidates

· Assisting new hires with the onboarding process

· Assisting with reviewing and enrolling in benefit plans

· Running and ensuring new hires are in compliance with screening and background checks

Qualifications

· 2 Years of HR experience preferred

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Positive attitude and attention to detail
