We’re looking for a HR and Office Administrator to play a crucial role in our growing company, ensuring smooth office operations and HR functions. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Round Rock, TX, offering opportunities for career growth, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to contribute to innovative projects.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Human Resources Support:
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Process bi-weekly payroll.
- Address employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain employee handbooks, benefits information, and employment documents.
- Coordinate recruiting processes, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews to onboarding new hires.
- Office Management:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-stocked and operational workplace.
- Oversee office supply inventory
- Plan and execute engaging company events, including benefits enrollment, team meetings, recognition programs, and holiday parties.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and workplace efficiency.
- Participate in exciting projects and contribute to initiatives that make our workplace exceptional.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience - office administration experience is a plus!
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and compliance.
- Discretion and respect for handling confidential employee information.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Familiarity with state, local, and federal employment laws.
- Basic certifications (SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, or similar).
- NetSuite or similar HRIS experience.
