You will play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic alignment of HR initiatives with LoopMe and Chartboost’s business objectives. You will have a deep understanding of talent management, organizational development, and a strong ability to influence, coach, and support leaders to build a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for employee engagement and expertise in delivering impactful HR strategies that support our rapidly growing organization.
As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will be...
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, understanding their objectives and aligning HR strategies to support growth, performance, and culture at LoopMe and Chartboost. Offer insights and solutions on organizational design, talent strategies, and workforce planning.
- Be a key part of the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with LoopMe and Chartboost’s HR strategy while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture within the HR team and across the organization.
- Oversee the execution of talent management strategies, including performance reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives, that drive retention, engagement, and growth.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, fostering a positive, supportive environment. Act as an escalation point for colleagues, assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and promoting LoopMe and Chartboost’s inclusive values.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees and leaders adapt to new processes, structures, and cultural norms. Collaborate on communications and strategies that drive employee engagement and minimize disruption.
- Leverage people analytics to make data-informed decisions, providing senior leaders with insights and recommendations on talent trends, engagement, and workforce planning. Guide managers in using data effectively to support their teams.
- Champion DEI efforts, integrating inclusive practices into hiring, talent management, and engagement strategies. Drive initiatives that foster our commitment to building a diverse and equitable workplace.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistent, scalable, and aligned with company business goals and values. Lead efforts to integrate new teams and processes into LoopMe.
Requirements
You'll have
- Proven experience working as a strategic partner to senior leadership, with a strong ability to influence and drive alignment on people strategies.
- Strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; technology or advertising industry experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage insights to inform HR strategies.

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York residents only)
{$130,000 - 150,000]
In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
