Job Description

Are you ready to take on an important role at Experian, where you will be a strategic partner to our leadership team? We are looking for an experienced HR professional to deliver organizational and talent strategies that achieve growth and achieve desired goals. You will report to the Senior VP, HR and be a hybrid position, working from our office in New York City. You will be accountable for senior leadership team effectiveness, organizational engagement, and performance, while also defining and operationalizing talent plans. You will analyze trends and metrics to develop impactful solutions and programs, provide coaching to leadership, and lead long-term organizational and talent strategies. Role Scope:

  • Strategic partner aligned to leadership team of significant business within Experian
  • Deliver department and talent strategy to promote growth and desired outcomes. Includes driving transformation changes, workforce plans, and culture strategies
  • Accountable for senior leadership team and effectiveness, department engagement and performance, defining and operationalizing talent plan
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and business colleagues to develop solutions and programs
  • Provide coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations, talent management and development and organizational design consultation
  • Deliver long-term team and talent strategies and succession plans for department leadership, including building leadership teams
  • Deliver talent programs (e.g., Talent Reviews, Succession Planning) at senior leadership team levels.
  • Organize teams accountable for building programs
  • Mentor other HRBP Managers and Generalists to help reach their career goals, and enhance our HRBP capability and expand our growth across Experian
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years' experience in senior HR business partnering with senior executives.
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders in a business line or function playing an important role in accelerating results.
  • Business and technology knowledge
  • Experience leading transformational change across the organization and building this capability in others.
  • Experience building team and talent plans to identify and accomplish our talent needs.
  • Broad HR knowledge in main domain areas such as organizational design, executive coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning.
