Act as a strategic partner to align business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration Deliver department and talent strategy to promote growth and desired outcomes. Includes driving transformation changes, workforce plans, and culture strategies Accountable for leadership team and effectiveness, department engagement and performance, defining and operationalizing talent plan Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and business colleagues to develop solutions and programs Provide coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations, talent management and development and organizational design consultation Deliver long-term team and talent strategies and succession plans for department leadership, including building leadership teams Deliver talent programs (e.g., Talent Reviews, Succession Planning) at leadership team levels Organize teams accountable for building programs Mentor other Generalists to help reach their career goals, and enhance our HRBP capability and expand our growth across Experian Qualifications
8+ years' experience in senior HR business partnering with executives Experience partnering with executive leaders in a business line or function playing an important role in accelerating results Broad HR knowledge in main domain areas such as organizational design, executive coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning Business and technology knowledge Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with strategies and outcomes to support that commitment Additional Information
