Our client, a Non-Profit based in Boston, is actively searching for a Senior Executive Assistant to add to their team. The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of senior administrative experience supporting multiple individuals, strong calendar and project management skills, experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, and be comfortable handling general day-to-day administrative duties. Candidate must be a reliable, confident, motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and can work well under pressure.

**Candidates must be local to the Boston area to be considered as their on-site requirement is x3 days/week.**
Salary: Starting at $80,000+

Prior to starting, candidates must pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling, preparation, and administration of external/internal meetings and events
- Executive level support; schedule and coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, expenses, etc.
- Data entry and grants management assistance
- Oversee ad hoc projects for various departments and levels of staff
- Coordinate with facilities as needed for room bookings and office management
- Assume additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience providing Executive/Senior administrative support to multiple individuals
- Experience in Non-Profit or Philanthropic environment a plus
- Heavy calendar management experience
- Experience effectively communicating with senior management
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding work ethic and reliability
- Team player mentality
- Advanced MS Office Suite experience, Salesforce experience a plus
