About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead the operations of one of its rapidly growing production facilities. The successful candidate will be a foundational leader with a hands-on background and a strong appreciation for engineering. This role involves direct customer interaction and the responsibility of ensuring the production and shipment of high-quality aerospace parts. Key responsibilities for the Head of Manufacturing include owning all aspects of the production floor's operations and management, from day-to-day tasking and scheduling to non-conformance management and process engineering. The role also requires the building out of a robust quality control system. Candidates for the Head of Manufacturing position at the company should be US citizens or green card holders, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in manufacturing, including at least 2 years' with CAD, and a background in aerospace manufacturing. A degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field, from a reputable institution, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, exceptional abilities, and a willingness to be rewarded with meaningful equity. Nice-to-haves include experience in lab/chemical processes, implementing quality systems, working in small teams, job shop/machining, investment casting, and 3D printing, particularly SLA.
