About the Role

The successful candidate will be a foundational leader with a hands-on approach and a deep appreciation for engineering. Responsibilities for this role include owning all operations and management of the production floor, building out a quality control system, and being directly involved with the manufacturing processes, including furnaces, 3D printers, and robots. The Head of Manufacturing will also be tasked with ensuring timely delivery to customers, process continuous improvement, and managing the raw goods supply chain. This role demands a leader who can interface directly with customers, is committed to the company's mission of supplying precision componentry, and is adept at process engineering.
