As a Staff Application Engineer-RF, you will provide design-in technical customer support for Infineon RF products such as Switches, LNAs, Antenna tuners, WiFi/BT connectivity solutions, ESD diodes, etc. Does this sound exiting? If so, please apply today!
In your new role you will: Provide design-in technical customer support for Infineon RF products such as
Switches, LNAs, Antenna tuners, WiFi/BT connectivity solutions, ESD diodes , etc., with special emphasis on addressing the application categories within 'Consumer, Computing & Communication' Sales segment Provide customer support including answering email queries, getting on calls with customers, performing lab bench testing to debug customer issues Perform competitive benchmarking and validate performance of Infineon products and customer solutions, and performing simulations to provide expected system performance to customers, etc. Create collateral material required, such as
Application Notes, User Guides, White papers, Evaluation boards, Demonstration platforms, Proof-of-concept solutions,
etc., to support the design-in process for the RF products Generate and deliver
technical training material
for FAE & Sales teams at both product and application levels to enable the cross-selling of Infineon products in the RF signal chain Research and study different application areas within the 'Consumer, Computing & Communication' Sales segment and develop a holistic understanding of system challenges, market trends & opportunities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or within the consumer electronics ecosystem working on RF products/solutions and prior
customer support experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on
when it comes to lab testing and customer debug activities Proactive in finding solutions to challenges, and intellectually curious within the RF space

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $119,680 salary per year Maximum of $164,560 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
