Position Summary
e.l.f. Beauty is looking for an IT Director, Enterprise Applications to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The Director will be focused on back-off Applications, primarily around Supply Chain. This hands-on role has a customer-first mentality to ensure our internal teams get the best service in the fastest and most efficient manner. This role will partner with e.l.f. business teams in the use of applications to support the e.l.f. eco-system.

Position Summary
e.l.f. Beauty is looking for an IT Director, Enterprise Applications to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The Director will be focused on back-off Applications, primarily around Supply Chain. This role will partner with e.l.f. business teams in the use of applications to support the e.l.f. eco-system.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Leadership: Lead all aspects of SAP Supply Chain areas including governance and evolving the global SAP solution, Master Data Management, Planning, and Procurement systems
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver the organization's supply chain strategy to align with business objectives and growth plans
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leadership and internal teams to define the technical IT applications roadmap, define projects, and lead execution within planned budgets
- System Management: Lead selection, build, customization, and deployment of application solutions to meet business process requirements
- Process Improvement: Streamline and improve business workflows to enhance operational efficiency and identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance, including architectural decisions and technical debt management.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality and effectiveness of IT applications.
- Communication: Prepare and deliver effective presentations to executive leadership on strategies and key projects and initiatives, including achievements and challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years in IT with a focus on enterprise applications.
- 5+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and projects.
- Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- Beauty industry, retail background and/or eCommerce strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Experience building up onshore/offshore teams (up to 24x7 model)
