You are:

Plume is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive growth and expansion by cultivating high-impact relationships with key ecosystem players. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of business development, capital markets, and product strategy. You'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that will fuel Plume's growth and enhance the adoption of our blockchain platform for Real-World Assets (RWAs).

This role requires a forward-thinking strategist with deep experience in fintech, crypto, or traditional finance. You will drive the development of Plume's partner ecosystem, align partnership strategies with product development, and position Plume as a leader in tokenized financial assets.

Overall Responsibilities
  • 1. Partnership Strategy & Development
    • Develop and lead the strategic vision for Plume's partnership strategy, identifying key areas for growth and expansion.
    • Build and manage an ecosystem of technology providers, institutional finance firms, blockchain companies, and RWA issuers to drive adoption of the Plume platform.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities through strategic collaborations and co-branded initiatives with partners.

    2. Ecosystem Growth
    • Drive the onboarding of high-profile partners, including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and family offices, to expand the Plume network.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint initiatives with technology and institutional partners.
    • Support the development of financial products, liquidity solutions, and tokenized asset offerings with key stakeholders.

    3. Relationship Management
    • Cultivate, negotiate, and manage long-term, high-impact relationships with financial institutions, asset issuers, and ecosystem partners.
    • Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring they remain engaged and supported.
    • Establish joint success metrics with partners and track performance, alignment, and shared goals.

    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Business Development teams to ensure partner needs are aligned with Plume's roadmap.
    • Support the launch of new RWA products, services, and tools through strategic partnerships.
    • Align external partnerships with regulatory and compliance objectives to ensure adherence to legal frameworks.

    5. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
    • Represent Plume at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish the company's position as a leading RWA blockchain solution.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position Plume as the go-to platform for real-world asset tokenization.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years leading strategic partnerships at a high growth fintech or blockchain startup
  • Crypto native operator with a passion for blockchain tech and partnerships
  • Experience working with institutional investors and managing high-profile relationships.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic partnership strategies that bridge current market with ideal target market
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in both traditional and crypto markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for innovation in financial markets and a desire to lead the charge in transforming RWAs through crypto.
