We are in search of a VP of Finance to join our team in North Dallas, Texas. As a VP of Finance, you will be tasked with overseeing the financial activities of a multi-unit restaurant or retail entity. This includes managing and improving our financial systems, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that our financial operations align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the implementation of efficient systems and processes

• Utilize accounting software systems, including '3M', 'ADP - Financial Services', and 'Concur', to manage financial transactions and generate reports

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion

• Conduct regular auditing of the organization's finances, identifying any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement

• Manage all accounting functions, including 'Accounts Payable (AP)', and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Oversee the use of 'CRM' for managing customer relationships and improving customer service

• Be open to travel up to 25% of the time to different locations for overseeing financial operations

• Ensure maintenance of accurate financial records and reports, facilitating informed decision-making

• Collaborate with other department heads and executives to align financial operations with organizational goals and objectives

• Take appropriate action to resolve financial issues and improve financial performance.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years experience in a finance role.
• Proficiency with 3M is important for this position.
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Proficiency in using Concur is necessary.
• CRM skills are essential for this role.
• The potential candidate must have experience with Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial.
