Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and professional environment. Develop, execute, and review audit programs, working papers, and findings to ensure audit quality and compliance. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance audit efficiencies and client satisfaction. Manage client relationships, addressing questions, concerns, and providing insights to support client objectives. Prepare and present audit reports and findings to clients and firm leadership. Stay current with changes in accounting and auditing standards, as well as relevant regulatory developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on auditing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
