Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing a brand-new warehouse for a rapidly growing food manufacturing company? We are a dynamic food manufacturer specializing in meal prep solutions, and we're looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to help us launch and manage our operations in our new facility in Bohemia, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
2. Implement and improve warehouse processes, optimizing workflow and inventory management.
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet and exceed performance targets.
4. Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
5. Manage inventory control, tracking stock levels, and ensuring product availability.
6. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
7. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles, preferably in the food manufacturing or logistics industry.
2. Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
3. Ability to implement new technologies and streamline warehouse operations.
4. Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems.
5. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Energetic, proactive, and ready to contribute to the growth of a new and exciting business.
