Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As the face of our firm, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring accurate message-taking.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and consultations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms are consistently clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
  • Manage supply orders and maintain adequate stock levels for all floors.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or college coursework is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • The working hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
