Job Description

Our Recruitment crew is looking for a new team member! This job is all about finding talent, building relationships, and creating a high quality hiring experience for our candidates and teams.

  1. Partner with Hiring Managers to provide full scale recruitment support and provide expertise recruitment solutions.
  2. Use creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates, and deliver an exceptional recruiting experience.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates to create solid talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  4. Partner on employer branding projects, attend conferences, job fairs and other events as needed.
  5. Stay up to date on gaming industry trends.
  6. Preparing and publishing job ads.
  7. Supporting onboarding and relocation of the new hires.

Qualifications

  1. Proven 3-5 years of experience as a games industry recruiter (in-house or agency).
  2. Hands-on experience with various recruitment and hiring strategies.
  3. Familiarity with SmartRecruiters or other applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and games specific platforms (Artstation, Github, etc.)
  4. Experience conducting competency based/behavioral interviews.
  5. Ability to take ownership, excellent time-management skills.
  6. Open-minded, can work autonomously and in a team setting.
  7. A passion for video games or a gamer yourself!

This job can be fully remote in the USA or hybrid/in-office in Boston, US. We provide relocation support for anyone looking to move to Boston.
