POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Partner and cross-functionally work with hiring managers to source, screen, schedule interviews, and strategically place individuals within the organization. This position may perform other activities across human resources functions.
WHERE YOULL WORK
This position is hybrid. You will work from home and come into the office on an as needed basis. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner on all recruitment efforts and cross-functionally partner with hiring managers on all hiring needs and open requisitions
- Review employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
- Inform applicants during interview of job details such as duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate and scheduling interviews
- Contact job applicants to inform the status of applications
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals
- Recommend recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
- Evaluate recruitment criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on status of open positions
- Enter, record, and store all recruitment information electronically in the ATS
- Perform other TA /HR duties and projects as assigned
WHO YOU ARE
- Possess excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Able to manage requisition load and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience utilizing HR Information System and Applicant Tracking System
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and selection
WHAT YOULL NEED
- Bachelors degree in business administration, psychology, or other related field, OR 4 years of experience in human resources in lieu of education
- 2 years of experience in human resources and recruitment
- Distraction-free home workspace with a secure internet connection

- Prior experience using BambooHR
- Previous HR experience in healthcare or social work
