What You’ll Do
- Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities and building lasting partnerships
- Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities that align with their skills and experience
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A self-starter with a strong sense of motivation and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
