Forum Financial Management, LP is in search of a candidate to join our HR team to play a pivotal role in supporting HR and Finance operations. This role combines administrative and project management duties of both functions.

This individual will be responsible for:
Job Responsibilities
HR Operations and HRIS
- Coordinate meetings and communication with HRIS vendors.
- Support the implementation of the new HRIS system.
- Manage the HR inbox and address employee inquiries.
- Oversee project management related to HRIS and general HR tasks, including GL integration.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for candidates.
- Manage job postings on recruiting platforms and schedule interviews.
- Draft offer letters for new hires and promotions.
- Input new hires into the HRIS system and initiate onboarding project plans.
- Order new hire equipment and coordinate with onboarding teams.
- Enroll employees in benefits using vendor systems.
- Prepare materials and assist with annual benefits enrollment updates.
- Administer COBRA and manage employee leave processes.
- Plan and coordinate quarterly culture-building activities.
- Manage employee celebrations, gifts, and condolence communications.
- Maintain and update content on the company intranet.
Payroll Administration
- Process bi-weekly payroll and update deductions and salaries as needed.
- Coordinate with payroll processors for tax updates and resolve tax-related issues.
- Manage the Payroll inbox to address employee concerns.
Financial Operations
- Reconcile company credit card expenses and manage related reporting processes.
- Enter and process A/P entries in the general ledger and handle payments.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and associated journal entries.
- Support recurring GL entries and ensure data accuracy in financial systems.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2+ years of Human Resources/Payroll and/or Finance experience
- Self-Starter
- Strong analytics skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- Associates and/or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience on a Backoffice team for an RIA or Broker Dealer
