Seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to four Global Vice Presidents. The role involves managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas and itineraries. Additional responsibilities include preparing and distributing meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence, as well as organizing internal and external events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a global setting.
  • Expertise in managing intricate schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced experience with travel booking tools and expense reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.

This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

salary: $41 - $50 per hour

shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Support the needs of 4 Global VPs
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and coordinating internal/external events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.
  • Prepare and distirbute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements/Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives in a global environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced level experience with travel booking tools and expense reporting systems.
  • Able to travel occasionally to meetings and events
