with occasional travel in the Greater Boston area Health, Dental, Life, Short Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Generous paid time off Company Holidays Tuition Reimbursement 401K with company matching Essential Job Functions as a Human Resources Talent Acquisition/Benefits Administrator: Work with clients and Talent Acquisition Team to assist on candidate searches Work with Talent Acquisition Consultants on postings, booking interviews and email follow-up Sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks etc.) Build candidate pipelines, bolstered by an existing network and actively network to connect candidates with opportunities Present shortlisted candidates to clients Administer client benefit plans, including data entry, communication, and coordination with outside vendors/parties, and plan participants, enrollments, and terminations Act as a gatekeeper to ensure client files are being kept correctly and that the Insource structure for clients is adhered to Create and maintain client employee files, Prepare job descriptions, and Draft policies for clients as needed Compile and complete reports for clients, including EEO-1, OSHA, etc. Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews under the direction and at the discretion of the Consultant and/or the Team Lead Coordinate new hire materials Engage and participate in client events What We're Looking For in a Human Resources Talent Acquisition/Benefits Administrator: High School Degree required, Bachelor's preferred 2 - 5 years of work experience High level of business maturity and leadership potential Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multiple clients simultaneously and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
