Testing Manager

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for server products, including hardware, firmware, and software.
Ensure alignment of testing methodologies with company standards and project requirements.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the testing team, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations. Promote collaboration with R&D, production, and other departments. Test Execution & Management:
Oversee execution of test cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Identify and resolve issues during testing, maintaining and optimizing test tools and environments. Process Optimization:
Drive improvements in testing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Introduce automation tools and techniques to streamline testing operations. Quality Assurance:
Ensure server products meet industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality benchmarks. Prepare detailed test reports, highlighting risks and improvement recommendations. Client Collaboration:
Communicate progress, results, and concerns with clients. Address client-specific testing requirements and provide technical insights. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with the SMT and server industries is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English. Proficiency in cross-departmental collaboration. Preferred:
Experience in the SMT industry. Familiarity with server products and industry standards. Benefits:
