Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to enhance brand recognition and stakeholder engagement. Craft and implement creative campaigns and communications that effectively articulate our organizational mission and values. Mentor and guide a skilled marketing and communications team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure unified messaging and alignment with strategic priorities. Supervise media relations and digital outreach to strengthen and develop our public image. Assess market dynamics and audience insights to continually optimize our initiatives and amplify impact. Lead crisis communication strategies as necessary, ensuring responsiveness and transparency. Required Skills
Proven leadership experience in marketing and communications, preferably within mission-driven or nonprofit sectors. Strong strategic acumen with a track record of executing measurable and impactful marketing campaigns. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an ability to tell compelling stories. A team-centric leadership style with a commitment to mentoring and developing talent. Experience engaging with senior leadership to synchronize communications with organizational goals. Proficiency in digital marketing, media relations, and content development. Qualifications
