Insight Global is looking for a Operations Analyst for one of our healthcare clients. This person will support critical business initiatives by providing data and analysis. Collaborate with Sr. Analyst, Manager, and stakeholders to gather project requirements, offer end-user support, and train on Business Objects Suite. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Oversee BI team operations and participate in Agile ceremonies. Work with Data Engineering and stakeholders to ensure data availability and define new data needs. Address IT/customer support tickets promptly. Identify and address development needs to improve efficiency and profitability. Communicate statuses, document processes, and provide monthly reports. Utilize tools like Excel, SQL Server, BigQuery, Power BI, and Squirrel for reporting and BI applications.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or another analytical role
Exceptional analytical, problem solving and financial acumen skills.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with executive management.
Experience with building out new dashboards.
Experience with Power BI & SAP Business Objects.
Exposure to SQL Server or similar data management apps to pull data from enterprise database/data warehouse environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business management, information technology, or related fields.
