Vic Vaughan -Toyota of Boerne is looking for a font desk receptionist with outstanding customer service skills. Are you friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent phone and interpersonal skill? Our focus is to ensure the customer experience and you make the first impression!
We are offering $14.50 per hour. This is a full-time position with two shifts available:
Night Shift-
Mid- Shift-

- Wednesday- off
- Thursday -off
Mid- Shift-
- Monday 10:00 am-9:00 pm
- Tuesday- off
- Wednesday 10:00 am-9:00 pm
- Thursday- off
- Friday 7:00 am- 6:00 pm
- Saturday 7:00 am- 5:00 pm

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greet and assist guests
- Answer multi phone lines
- Assist sales team
- Assist sales managers
- Complete daily reports and schedule
The ideal candidate:
- Can Multitask
- Friendly, helpful and accommodating
- Be proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proficient on the phones
- Receptionist experience helpful
