Compensation & Benefits

Position Overview

As a Recruiter at Venza Care, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent to join our growing team. You'll engage in full-cycle recruiting, from posting job openings and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and collaborating on onboarding. Your role will directly impact the quality of care we provide, making this a rewarding and meaningful career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing & Screening:
  2. Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  4. Interview Coordination:
  5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Ensure timely and organized communication throughout the hiring process.
  7. Documentation & Record Keeping:
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  9. Document all candidate interactions and progress.
  10. Background Checks & Reference Verification:
  11. Initiate and manage reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  12. Recruitment Strategy:
  13. Stay informed on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
  14. Represent Venza Care at job fairs and networking events.
  15. Collaboration:
  16. Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  17. Participate in recruiting roundup meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in recruiting or staffing coordination preferred.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
  5. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
