We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team at Spherion Seattle. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and client collaboration, providing a solid foundation for a career in recruiting.
Work for a locally owned and operated Spherion franchise that is backed by a strong national brand and the resources of Randstad, the global leader in HR services.

Responsibilities:
-Source and screen potential candidates for temp, temp-to-hire, and permanent openings
-Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
-Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across diverse industries
-Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
-Support the recruitment team in maintaining and updating the candidate database
-Create and post job advertisements to attract top talent
-Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions
-Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
-Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
