Job Title: Principal Tax Recruiter
Location: Remote
Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 + 40-50% Commissions + Benefits. OTE = $200,000 - $600,000

Must-Have Skills:
1.) 2+ years of experience in Agency Recruitment for Tax / CPA / Audit / Public Accounting candidates
2.) 3+ years of experience in 360 / Full Desk Agency Recruiting is required. You must be able to Win Accounts, Deliver for your Accounts, Expand your Accounts
3.) Be a High Achiever - You must demonstrate a solid history of current success in a full desk agency environment
4.) Team Player / Strong Character and Ethics is a must.

6.) Humility / Open to learn
