SUMMARY
All Native Solutions is looking to fill this position with the most qualified applicant, All Native Solutions is a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc. the economic development company of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The Secretary II at the John Weld Peck Federal Building provides comprehensive administrative support, including managing office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting federal staff. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of the federal building.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Compile, maintain, and update complex data sets, lists, and reports.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure detailed records are kept for federal programs.
- Resource Material Management:
- Develop and manage resource materials to support property management inspection programs.
- Office Supply Management:
- Oversee office supply inventory, ensure timely procurement, and account for supplies upon delivery.
- Database and Record Maintenance:
- Manage data entry into databases, analyze information to generate detailed reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Mail and Reception Duties:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including arranging for express services.
- Maintain the reception area and provide detailed visitor support.
- Technical and IT Assistance:
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and other office equipment issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT problems as needed.
- Miscellaneous Duties:
- Assist with more complex administrative tasks, such as activating PIV cards, managing service requests, and maintaining detailed Desk Reference Guides.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and familiarity with GSA programs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks independently.
- Experience with detailed record-keeping and report
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required.
- An associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in managing office tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and office supply management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software.
- Experience in a government or similar environment is preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is performed within a federal building. The work environment includes typical office conditions with the need to use office equipment such as scanners, copy machines, and fax machines

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, walk throughout the building, and lift supplies/supply boxes.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
??This is an onsite full-time hourly position. Workdays are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours aligning with Federal operations. No work on Federal holidays unless specified.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel may be required to other Federal buildings or for training purposes. Regular commute to primary work location is not considered travel.
CLEARANCE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
All contract personnel will be required to undergo a background suitability clearance (HSPD-12) by GSA before beginning work.
