This position will also provide coverage to our Neighborhood Resource Site Groups.We are seeking an enthusiastic positive-minded leader for the role. Operations Supervisors lead teams who ensure that the flow of customer service in all locations is running effectively. They will ensure our customers have a positive experience when coming to one of our locations for assistance.Specifically as a Operation Supervisor you will:Travel to our Neighborhood Resource Sites for site checks.Lead, motivate, manage and support the team on a day-to-day basis, while managing departmental workload with exceptional attention to detail in a dead-line oriented environmentReview, develop, or modify work plans, methods, and procedures. You will determine work priorities, and develop work schedules to provide adequate staff coverage.Provide work instruction and assist employees with difficult and/or unusual assignments and encourage innovation.Assign and distribute work, reviews work for accuracy and completeness, and return assignments with recommendations for proper completionExplain procedures, policies and workflow to staff and customers. This will include understanding public assistance eligibility rules and processing timeliness guidelinesPrepare reports that provide analysis. Also gather and track data for staff in preparation for workers' annual reviews.This position is a in person face to face with the public position 5 days a week in office.
