Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Assist with tenant correspondence, including notices and lease updates.
- Support property management staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Familiar with property management software
