Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This position is key to ensuring smooth office operations and providing top-notch service to clients and tenants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Assist with tenant correspondence, including notices and lease updates.
  • Support property management staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiar with property management software
