We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. This role is based in Chicopee, Massachusetts, United States, and will involve a variety of administrative and office support tasks. Responsibilities
• Responding to incoming telephone calls and voicemails in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Assisting colleagues with various projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
• Providing a warm welcome to visitors and guiding them as necessary
• Ensuring efficient word processing, filing, and faxing tasks are carried out
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage and organize data
• Applying administrative experience to enhance office operations
• Utilizing Spanish language skills for translation purposes, if necessary
• Managing tenant leases and interactions with prospective tenants
• Carrying out receptionist duties to ensure smooth office operation
• Handling Section 8 and multi-tenant property management tasks.• Prior administrative experience in a detail-oriented setting
• Knowledge and experience in property management
• Proficiency in performing receptionist duties
• Experience with tenant leases, including understanding and preparation
• Ability to handle prospective tenants and conduct property viewings
• Experience in managing multi-tenant properties efficiently
• Familiarity with Section 8 housing and related regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting documents and correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
• Fluency in Spanish language, both written and verbal
• Ability to perform Spanish translation tasks as needed
