We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules and ensuring efficient operations within our organization. The ideal candidate must have the ability to think strategically to create solutions to bottlenecks, to filling open capacity, to managing equipment interruptions, and to gather and analyze data to drive efficiencies and quality for future work. They must also have knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, hardware as well as production processes, fabrication processes, quality steps, and lean manufacturing.

Expected Hours: 40 – 48 Per Week

Duties:
- Create and manage production schedules to satisfy customer requirements to meet or improve dates.
- Issue, adjust and maintain work orders/job travelers for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies as required by engineer produced shop aides.
- Work closely with Management to prioritize and drive production requirements based on material availability, manpower and machine capacities.
- Review previous day’s results and discuss current and future production expectations with team members
- Review schedules with team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule.
- Report issues, delays, weekly demand and potential needs to Management Team.
- Monitor budget vs actual labor costs.
- Meet production objectives by forecasting job requirements and potential barriers.
