Principle Duties:
- Conduct initial candidate screening using Breezy ATS and maintain accurate candidate information
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview schedules
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires
- Assist in preparations for job fairs and recruitment events
- Spearhead special projects as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations team
- Support various other DiamondBack administrative teams as need and capacity allows
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in a college-level Human Resources, Business Administration, or related programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency- experience with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 25-40 hours per week with the ability to work in our Philipsburg office 50% of the time.
