About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Technical Recruiting to spearhead our engineering recruiting efforts. In this critical role, you will design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with our business and engineering leaders. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing recruiting team, leveraging data and past experience to navigate the needs of various stakeholders, and recognizing and addressing recruitment challenges proactively.

As the Director of Technical Recruiting, your role includes mentoring and developing recruiters and managers, while also contributing to special projects such as mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 7 years in a management capacity within sizable recruiting teams at technical organizations. Strong client management skills, particularly working with executives, are crucial. Experience in high-growth environments, sales, and industries related to autonomous systems, robotics, and automotive, especially with early-stage startups, will set you apart.
