Through ACC GROW, working learners will acquire, apply, and enhance essential job skills vital for career success while improving their digital fluency and professionalism. By progressing through the program to the ACC GROW Associate III level, students will evolve professionally, boost their earning potential, and become better prepared to meet the demands of Central Texas employers. Job Description: The ACC GROW Associate I position focuses on the application of each individual student's academic learning and the acquisition and strengthening of the following core career competencies: CAREER & SELF-DEVELOPMENT Proactively develop oneself and one's career through continual personal and professional learning, awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses, navigation of career opportunities, and networking to build relationships within and without one's organization. COMMUNICATION Clearly and effectively exchange information, ideas, facts, and perspectives with persons inside and outside of an organization. Required Education Must be enrolled in an ACC program of study (college credit, continuing education, or adult education) Physical Requirements Work is routinely performed in a standard office, college campus, or similar environment. May have a remote component.
