Position Overview: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. As a therapist at PCA, you will have the flexibility to provide both in-person and remote therapy services to individuals in need. You will work with a diverse client base and help them navigate mental health challenges by offering compassionate care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health therapy services to adolescents and adults, both in-person and remotely, through our HIPAA-compliant platform, Simple Practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, document session notes, and complete clinical discharge summaries.
• Assess clients' needs and determine when referrals to other services or programs are necessary.
• Manage a caseload of at least 15 clients per week.
• Attend at least two office meetings per year to collaborate with team members and ensure continuous professional development.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Current and active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.
