Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field. Facilitate workshops and support groups on various mental health topics. Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide a safe space for clients to explore their feelings. Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a counseling setting (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in counseling practices.
