Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire service department, ensuring it is profitable and running smoothly. Responsibilities include staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.

Initial income range of $80K - $120K plus bonus with profit sharing DOE!

Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Take ownership of customers' experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer
- Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
- Distribute work between technicians
- Prioritize required services
- Ensure customers have a positive experience
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Organized and friendly personality
- Service Advisor, Service Management or Independent Auto Repair Shop Management experience required
